Since an hourlong one-on-one strategy session with Patrick Bet-David in 2021, Tony D'Amico has doubled his assets under management. As business increased, Tony also met with Tom Ellsworth for advice on staffing. This led to a key C-suite hire with an incentive-laden compensation package, which gave Tony more freedom to work on the company vision, culture, and team energy.
