Will Guidara, born on April 12, 1979, in Sleepy Hollow, New York, is a distinguished figure in the hospitality industry, known for his leadership and innovation. A graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, Guidara rose to prominence as the general manager of Eleven Madison Park in New York City, where he achieved three Michelin stars.

Co-founding the Make It Nice Hospitality Group, he expanded his influence, overseeing renowned establishments like NoMad Restaurant and NoMad Bar. Guidara's commitment to excellence has earned him numerous awards, and beyond his professional success, he's dedicated to nurturing culinary talent and promoting culinary education.
